Jeff is responsible for the origination and placement of debt structures for development, acquisition and permanent financing throughout the United States.

Past Experience

More than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Jeff was executive vice president of originations at A10 Capital where he originated structured bridge and permanent debt opportunities for middle market investors. Before that, Jeff was vice president of originations at ReadyCap where he originated Freddie Mac agency loans for lower middle market investors.

Jeff started his career with GE Real Estate providing debt and equity solutions for both single tenant investor deals and middle market owner-occupied properties. He also worked for Wells Fargo as vice president, loan producer. As well as an independent mortgage broker placing deals with life insurance companies.

BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC)
