In her role as a Senior Manager of Investor Services, Carrie is responsible for developing and providing reports required by investors, as well as, assisting in developing risk management metrics and supporting clients for all ad-hoc reporting and data requirements. This includes providing the standard periodic, as well as, ad hoc investor reports for life insurance companies, commercial single-family rental clients, specialty finance companies, government agency, and CMBS issuers (CRE Finance Council reporting). Carrie also oversees Transaction Services which is responsible for payment processing, lock box administration, correspondence letters, and lien releases. Carrie also manages the banking relationships for the servicing accounts used by the company and she ensures accounts are established in accordance with the servicing agreements. Carrie reports to Dean Wheeler, Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Services Operations.

Carrie spent over nine years at Midland Loan Services in various roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, investor reporting, cash management, surveillance and account management. She most recently was the Account Manager for several CMBS and third-party loan servicing clients, responsible for negotiating agreements and loan documents, supporting borrower requests and providing clients with a single point of contact for all operational and investor reporting needs.
